Why should you register your product?

By registering the serial number of your product with us, it helps us provide better and faster support and assistance in the event that you need to contact us with any questions regarding your device. Optionally, we can also keep you up to date with any new developments on, or any new accessories compatible with the range from which you’ve purchased.

What do we do with the data?

Any information that you provide will be used solely by AHT Ltd. as a record that your institution is the current owner/operator of the product registered. Your details will never be passed-on or sold to a third party.

How do I update my details of something previously registered?

Please send us an e-mail via the contact form on our site with any updates or amendments to your details, and we’ll be in touch to let you know that we’ve amended your registration.
